My most favorite challenge is drawing portraits. It's a chance for me to try to focus on elements of a particular person, to get to know them in a new way.  To pay attention to these details is my way of showing gratitude for the people in my life.
No matter what the challenge, our loved ones and our experiences have brought us to what, where and who we are and for that I am grateful.
